Course with a host family stay
Course with accommodation in a host family is in shared accommodation. Minimum stay is 3 weeks for elementary, 2 weeks for higher levels. All tuition, teaching aids, accommodation with full board and all the outings are included in the fee.

.Airport Transfers
Arrivals to Heathrow and Gatwick airports: transport for students staying with host families for 3 weeks or more for arrivals/departures to/from these airports on Sundays only is free. In all other cases and from Monday to Saturday, airport transfer costs are at cost (£35 - £45 per journey).
Airport transfer costs to and from, for example, Luton and Stansted are at cost (minimum £80 per journey) at all times.
How to register and pay
Please send the registration form and 2 photographs to 38 Overdale Avenue, New Malden, Surrey, KT3 3UF. A deposit of £100 is payable for students staying with a host family or £50 for students attending the course only. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED IN FULL 4 WEEKS BEFORE THE START OF THE COURSE.
Cheques or bank drafts are payable to English Holiday School and must be drawn in pounds sterling on any English Bank and sent to: 38 Overdale Avenue, New Malden, Surrey, KT3 3UF, England.
Bank transfers should be made out to English Holiday School and sent to Abbey, Business Banking Centre, Abbey National House, 301 St Vincent St, Glasgow, G2 5NB, UK (Account No: 40109071, Sort Code: 09 06 66, BIC: ABBYGB2LXXX, IBAN: GB31 ABBY 0906 6640 1090 71). BANK CHARGES MUST BE PAID BY THE PARENTS. Cash payments are accepted in person only, not by post.
EHS reserves the right to retain the full course fee if cancellations are made less than 4 weeks before the beginning of the course.
Insurance
Although we take all sensible measures to make sure that our students are happy and secure, all eventualities cannot be foreseen. Therefore, all children attending the English Summer Course must have their own TRAVEL AND MEDICAL INSURANCE COVER for the duration of their stay in Great Britain.

Terms and Conditions
Good behaviour is essential. It is a condition of the course. Misbehaviour could lead to expulsion of the student. In such an event the parents must pay all expenses incurred.
