The Course

The structure of the classes is designed for students to achieve steady progress. We ensure that teachers can give our students attention at individual levels. Each morning is devoted to classroom teaching, with emphasis on grammar, listening and speaking skills. Afternoon activities and classes form a complementary programme and are an integral part of the course, encouraging the student to continue to develop the language skills acquired during the morning lessons. Students are tested on their first day and placed into the appropriate class according to their ability in English. All students receive a Certificate of Attendance at the end of their stay in EHS.

The course structure covers:

  • Listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
  • Grammar
  • Games designed to develop the children's use of the English language
  • Daily written diary
  • Discussions on British culture
